Colophon
How the sausage gets made.
A shop sign, with the hammer marks left visible on purpose.
The stack
This page is hand-written HTML and one short CSS file, served by nginx out of a four-megabyte container. It rides behind a custom Caddy build on a DigitalOcean droplet, terminates TLS via Let's Encrypt, and is deployed by Woodpecker CI the moment main moves. The other trade names run heavier stacks when they need to — Nuxt, Strapi, FastAPI, Postgres — but this page chose to be cheap on purpose.
The collaborators
This site was built in partnership with a named Claude agent (loki, a PM persona) across a session or three. That's not a disclaimer, it's a credit. The process — riffing, cutting, arguing — is the point.
Other agents live in the homelab: huginn and marco for engineering, talent-manager for persona management, and a handful of project-specific PMs. When AI helped, we say so. When a human did the thing, the human did the thing.
The values under all of it
- Own your stuff. Self-host, own the data, avoid vendor lock-in.
- Transparency over trickery. Show the seams. Name the collaborators. Credit the tools.
- Education through narrative. Stories about what went wrong beat lists of rules.
- Creation as resistance. Small, absurd, useful things — especially when the world is on fire.

Typeface: Inter for body, Fraunces for display. Both open source, both a pleasure to set.
Color: a paper-white, one ink black, one honey yellow. That's the whole palette. Restraint is the joke.
Everything on this page was designed to still work in five years with zero babysitting. That is a value. That is the whole value.
